We want you and your dog to be completely happy with every Pawfies order. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your product, we will make it right with a full refund. Your happiness comes first, no hassle.

How to claim your guarantee

  1. Contact us at help@pawfies.com within 30 days of receiving your product.
  2. Share your order details (name, email, and order number) so we can process your refund quickly.

In most cases there is no need to return the product. We would rather spend our time helping you than handling parcels.

Damages and issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives, and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Send us a photo if you can, and we will evaluate it and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to request a refund for your current order, and once it is approved, place a new order for the item you would prefer.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or card provider may need extra time to process and post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, please contact us at help@pawfies.com.
